Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery is typically between 3–10 business days within Canada.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when picking up.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed significantly, we will contact you with updates.

Shipping Errors & Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if items are damaged, incorrect, or missing. Claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada. Please contact us directly if you’d like to inquire about international orders.
